1. How far in advance do I need to order?

All cakes must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance to ensure freshness and quality.

2. Do you keep cakes in stock?

No. We do not keep inventory. Every cake is made-to-order, crafted fresh after your reservation.

3. Are your cakes handmade?

Yes. Every Carrée cake is entirely handcrafted by skilled pâtissiers, blending masterful craftsmanship with artistic design.

4. What kind of ingredients do you use?

We use only natural, premium ingredients such as fresh dairy, seasonal fruits, fine cocoa, and quality nuts. We never use artificial coloring or unnecessary additives.

5. How is delivery arranged?

Delivery will be scheduled according to the time you select when placing your order. Please note that due to traffic or weather conditions, deliveries may occasionally arrive slightly earlier or later.

6. Who can receive the delivery?

For food safety, an adult must be present to sign for the order.

7. Do you offer customization?

Yes, we can accommodate certain custom requests (such as special occasions, flavors, or sizes). Please contact our customer service before placing your order.
